Designer Job Description We are seeking a talented Designer with a strong background in 2D AutoCAD design and mechanical design, ideally in piping. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. Responsibilities Utilize 2D AutoCAD for design projects. Collaborate with engineers and other designers to complete projects. Possibly travel to client sites, approximately one day per month, to assess design needs. Essential Skills Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD design. Mechanical design experience, particularly in piping. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate degree in a technology field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD design. Piping design experience is a significant advantage. Work Environment The role is based in an office environment, working at a desk alongside a team of engineers and project managers. The team consists of seven engineers and four project managers. Occasional travel to client sites may be required, roughly once a month.
