Key Responsibilities:

Participatein and lead various phases of architectural projects, includingdesign development, construction documentation, and constructionadministration. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced,multidisciplinary environment with in-house disciplines andexternal consultants. Manage project scope, budget, and scheduleunder the guidance of senior architects or project managers.

Contribute to project design through sketches, 3D modeling, anddevelopment of creative, practical solutions. Interface withclients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successfulproject delivery. Conduct code analysis, material research, andspecification writing. Mentor junior staff and contribute to acollaborative team environment. Support business developmentactivities through proposal input and project presentations, asneeded.

Requirements:

Accredited Professional Degree inArchitecture required (Bachelor or Master of Architecture) 16 yearsof relevant experience required Active architectural licenseCandidate must possess both excellent design and technical skills;and be motivated to apply those skills to the development ofsuperior architecture. Strong organizational, communication andinterpersonal skills are essential. Experience in creatinginteresting and engaging graphics for building design presentationsis vital. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented andthorough in their desire to provide exceptional client service.

Some limited project related travel possible; within 400 milesProficient in AutoCAD™ and Revit™ Proficient with MicrosoftProject, Excel and Word Substantial experience in constructiondocumentation and building detailing required Experience withIllustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, and other graphics programsdesirable U.S. Citizenship required
