Civil Designer / CAD Professional (Warrington, PA) Conrad Consulting Warrington, PA 18976 Warrington, PA | Full-Time | Land Development & Site Design A well-established planning and engineering firm in Warrington is hiring a Civil Designer / CAD Professional to support its growing site development group. This role is ideal for a technically strong designer with 5+ years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D , ready to take ownership of designs across residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce civil/site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D Design grading, stormwater, utility, and erosion/sediment control systems Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients on active projects Conduct site research and apply local/state design standards Support permitting efforts (NPDES, zoning, land development submissions) Manage design projects from concept through final approval
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience in land development or civil/site design Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Knowledge of stormwater management and utility layout Familiarity with permitting and zoning processes Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across teams
