Position Summary:
- This role is responsible for managing the full design lifecycle of industrial products, with a strong emphasis on utilizing Autodesk Revit. The position involves developing conceptual and detailed designs, preparing submittals, and producing accurate models primarily in Revit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed product designs and technical specifications with attention to aesthetics, functionality, manufacturability, and repairability
- Lead the creation, coordination, and refinement of BIM models in Autodesk Revit, ensuring compatibility with related architectural and engineering systems
- Prepare comprehensive design and architectural submittals within Revit, adhering to project requirements and documentation standards
- Coordinate BIM model integration and exchanges with project teams including architects, engineers, and construction professionals
- Utilize Autodesk Inventor to create and refine 3D models and visual concepts that complement Revit outputs
- Create, review, and update fabrication drawings to align with production requirements and BIM data
- Identify and implement workflow improvements focused on Revit and BIM best practices
- Develop and execute cost-saving strategies related to BIM and design optimization
- Maintain project documentation and model organization standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor required
- Understanding of BIM workflows and submittal processes
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
- 2 years of hands-on experience using Revit and CAD tools in a BIM-centric design environment is preferred.
