Designer (Bala Cynwyd, PA). Interior & spatial dsgn. Apply knowland princpls of dsgn to analyze projects’ reqmnts, scope, specs,and budget in order to identify, recruit, and place suitable dsgnprofessionals. Prvd dsgns and dsgn solutions using Revit, Lumionand SketchUp w/VRAY. Dvlp dsgnr engagement protocols and progs thatappeal to and expand our netwrk of dsgn professionals. Attendtrade, industry, and dsgn confs in order to expand our network ofarchitectural and interior dsgn clients. Ensure dsgnrs’ adherenceto dsgn processes and stndrds. Remain abreast of new dvlpmnts indsgn trends and tech’s, incl Revit, SpecSources, Spexx, SketchUp w/VRAY, and Lumion. Req. Bach’s of Interior Design or foreign degequiv, and 22 mnths of exp in the position.
