We are actively seeking a Space Planner to join a thriving design and fabrication team in Trappe, PA. With an in-house manufacturing facility, three showrooms, and complete design services—all under one roof—this is the perfect place for experienced professionals to dive deep into every phase of commercial space planning and layout innovation. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Space Planner position include: Minimum five years of commercial space planning experience using AutoCAD Degree in CAD or Interior Design; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience Proficient in 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawing creation Develop floor plans and space layouts to maximize efficiency and client workflow Collaborate with sales reps, clients, and contractors to finalize design documents Maintain and archive design libraries, files, and sample inventory Organize AutoCAD plans and assist with architectural documentation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential for team-based work
Salary:
$55,000 – $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
