The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network architectures, as well as a solid understanding of firewall technologies and IT operations. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a secure and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage the design and implementation of network architecture for enterprise-level IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. + Oversee network infrastructure projects, from conception to deployment, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and security requirements. + Collaborate with senior leadership, engineers, and other technical teams to develop strategic network solutions that meet business and security needs. + Provide technical expertise and guidance in the integration of advanced networking technologies and firewalls. + Conduct network assessments, capacity planning, and performance evaluations to ensure the network meets performance and security standards. + Lead troubleshooting efforts for network-related issues and provide high-level support for network operations. + Manage a team of network engineers, providing mentorship, direction, and fostering a collaborative work environment. + Ensure all network designs and implementations adhere to industry best practices, security policies, and ITIL service management processes. + Develop and maintain comprehensive network architecture documentation and project plans.

Requirements Qualifications:

Certifications:

+ CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) + ITIL Foundation Certification +

Education:

+ B.S. in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering) OR + 7+ years of relevant IT experience. +

Experience:

+ 5+ years of relevant experience in network architecture design and management. + Strong hands-on experience with firewall technologies and network security. + Proven experience leading and managing network infrastructure projects at the enterprise level.

Additional Skills:

+ Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing complex network infrastructures. + Strong experience with firewalls and network security technologies. + Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of network engineers. + Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles and their application in network operations. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. + Ability to analyze complex network issues, develop solutions, and execute effective resolutions.
