Architect Aimic Inc Nashville, TN 37204 Overview We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, with expertise in various software tools and project management. Responsibilities Design and plan architectural projects from conception to completion Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Skills Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations Experience with interior design concepts and space planning Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of project management and construction management principles Familiarity with tools like NavisWorks, Bluebeam would be advantageous NIT01
