Character Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position would have an incredible passion for architectural design and strive for professional growth of not only themselves but their team. This person would have great communication skills and the ability to inspire others. They would possess the critical thinking skills to critique design and seek to improve production and management systems currently in place. The Role The ideal candidate for an Architect in Training position is an aspiring architect with an accredited architectural degree (M.arch or B.arch). This candidate should be able to use a variety of design software to develop and communicate design intent to clients, contractors, and other colleagues. Creating construction drawings, specifications, and renderings that clearly outline the architectural design of residential and commercial projects. Research construction methods and materials to implement in projects Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials in order to create an ideal finished product. Assist in conducting site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to design and safety standards Collaborate with various team members in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets Provide design input and assistance in all phases of the design process . Required Qualifications A degree in architecture (accredited) Knowledge and Academic Experience of BIM software. A passion for architectural design. A healthy set of teamwork, organizational, and communication skills A basic understanding of construction and building technology Willingness to collaborate, grow, and learn

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ArchiCAD Proficiency in Twinmotion and Unreal Engine Photography skills a plus Video Editing a plus
