Responsibilities Lead the launch of a new architecture division and drive business development efforts. Identify and pursue new opportunities within the architecture and design sectors. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to secure new projects. Guide and collaborate with design team members on architectural projects from concept through completion. Develop conceptual designs and detailed drawings that align with client goals and project objectives. Manage projects during the construction phase to ensure design integrity and quality standards are met. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. Stay current with industry trends to remain competitive and forward-thinking in the market. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Architectural licensure (State of Tennessee required). Licensure in additional states is a plus. 5+ years of experience in architectural design and construction. Strong creative, organizational, and presentation skills. Proficient in design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
