We are seeking a Licensed Architec t to lead and grow a new architectural division within a dynamic design firm. This key role involves overseeing commercial projects, driving design and execution, and contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a new architecture division. Drive business development efforts to secure new projects and clients. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business growth. Manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction. Produce conceptual designs and architectural drawings that align with client goals and project requirements. Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and timelines. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to establish project objectives, schedules, and budgets. Apply thorough knowledge of local, national, and international building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. Stay informed of industry trends, market demands, and competitor developments to enhance competitive edge. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture Licensure is required (State of Tennessee) Multi-state licensure is a plus 5+ years of experience in Architecture and construction Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software
