We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant to join our team. This position is focused on providing expert consultation in fenestration systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations while delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, along with extensive experience in fenestration design and analysis. Key Responsibilities Provide consulting services on fenestration systems to clients and project teams.
Conduct thorough analysis and load calculations for various fenestration solutions.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design and construction process.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop effective fenestration strategies.
Perform structural inspections and assessments related to fenestration installations.
Utilize AutoCAD and other design tools to create detailed drawings and specifications.
Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in fenestration and construction management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fenestration consulting or related roles.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design engineering techniques.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with load calculations and structural analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
