$80,000 – $110,000 DOE + Bonuses Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with a passion for site development and new construction projects ? Our client, a well-established private civil engineering firm, is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing team. This is a prime opportunity for someone with 5+ years of private-sector civil engineering experience to step into a key role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Design and develop stormwater management, hydrology, roadways, utilities, and site grading plans. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project design and development. Coordinate permitting processes with government agencies. Supervise and mentor junior engineers while reviewing and approving design work. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of private-sector experience in site/civil engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and site development design. Expertise in stormwater management and hydrology. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
