About the Opportunity Nesco Resource has been exclusivelyengaged by a nationally recognized engineering firm to identify aSenior Structural Engineer for a critical contract engagement. Thisrole is ideal for a seasoned structural engineer with a strongbackground in industrial design , seismic and retrofit engineering, and a proven ability to lead projects independently from start tofinish. Key Responsibilities Lead small-scale industrial projectsfrom concept to completion Execute seismic and retrofit structuraldesign work per applicable codes Coordinate with cross-functionalteams, including internal engineers and external stakeholdersConduct site visits based on project location and requirementsPrepare calculations, reports, and design documents Providetechnical leadership and mentorship when applicable Ensure designscomply with client specifications, safety standards, andlocal/state codes Preferred Qualifications 15 years of experiencein industrial structural engineering Strong expertise in seismicand retrofit design PE License preferred , especially in AL.
