Job Description
Experienced Heavy Civil/ Marine Project Engineer needed. NOW! The Field Engineer supports the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent with production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, and tracking project data.
Pay 80k-110k DOE + Full benefits
Regular Job Duties:
Collaborate with foremen and superintendents to track and analyze work plans for field operations efficiency.
Assist in developing Work Activity Plans.
Ensure field work meets project standards and specifications.
Maintain all Project Logs.
Present information effectively to managers and employees.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manuals, contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must Have Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of experience in heavy civil/marine construction, with a focus on roads and bridges.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, and have a passion for construction.
Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
