We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various civil engineering projects. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee construction of public and private infrastructure projects.
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with public projects, residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects is a plus.
Familiarity with stormwater management, water distribution, sanitary systems, and roadway design is preferred. Benefits Competitive salaries above industry average.
