We are seeking a Director of Civil Engineering to lead our Civil Engineering Department based out of Jacksonville, FL. As the Director of Civil Engineering, you will be a senior leader, responsible for overseeing the strategic and technical direction of the firm’s civil engineering practice as it relates to the Department of Defense projects. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required Fifteen (15) plus years of experience civil/site design, some DoD or military infrastructure projects design preferred. Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, InfoDrainage or similar. Familiarity with federal procurement methods, including DBB, DB, and ECI under FAR regulations. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, permitting procedures, and codes. Travel to jobsites, as needed.
