Overview ENERCON’s Energy Group is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join the team preferably based in Kennesaw, GA, Tampa, FL, Dallas, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, or potentially located in one of our other nationwide offices. In this role, you will provide leadership, maintain and develop client relationships and use your technical expertise to contribute to overall goals. Oklahoma City, OK A hybrid schedule or possibly full remote schedule is possible for the right candidate. Remote will be considered for Senior candidates with 10+ years of experience. - Demonstrate technical and personnel leadership, providing resolution to technical issues, and support growth and development of staff. Contribute to Business Goals by meeting budgeted billable time
Client Service - Maintain external client relationships and develop client relationships to be engineer of choice
Technical Experience - Possess land development and engineering consulting experience within public and private markets such as federal, power generation, and nuclear sites and/or private sector developments, brownfield sites, and renewable energy sites
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with at least 5 years of Civil Engineering experience
P.
E. or E.I.T. certification a plus; or ability to obtain P.E. licensure
3+ years of experience as a civil engineer
Significant technical expertise in either Civil Engineering (industrial and commercial site development, site grading, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, site permitting, sewer design, parking, lighting) and/or Environmental Engineering (potable water treatment, landfill capping/lining, SWPPP, SPCC, water quality)
Strong storm water management, erosion control, and site-civil permitting skills are required
Required as needed to travel (anticipated as a 10
- 15% average time) to client sites for project and/or site meetings
Excellent verbal communication skills; Comfortable and effective communicator with team, clients, peers, and management, choosing the right mode of communication for the situation and relaying the right message
Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
Strong coordination and team building skills; demonstrated ability to work across disciplines, divisions, and teams
Problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills
