Riverview, FL Are you our next Project Engineer? The sustaining capital project engineer will manage the time sensitive and high-ranking projects in the department. Tasks relating to this job include preliminary or detailed project scoping, engineering design, scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, supervision, and construction management. The engineer will also support production and maintenance by working with the Riverview facility and other functional teams to achieve the strategic priorities of Mosaic. Project scopes may include processing vessels, rotating equipment, material conveyance, water management, structural steel, civil work and equipment design / fabrication. What you’ll do: Ensure projects follow Mosaic’s CPM Road Map from engineering design through construction and commissioning. Liaise with stakeholders to meet objectives for EHS compliance, quality, cost, and schedule. Present weekly/monthly project status reports to leadership, covering progress, productivity, cost, and schedule. Collaborate with Procurement to develop scopes of work, prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and manage invoices. Lead project safety initiatives to support an injury-free workplace. Deliver projects safely with zero injuries expected in all phases. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, preferred Engineer II 2+ years of related experience in engineering, industrial project experience, or engineering project management Engineer III 4+ years of related experience in engineering, industrial project experience, or engineering project management Engineer Sr 8+ years or more of related experience in engineering, industrial project experience, or engineering project management Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Maximo Demonstrated project management skills Experience managing multiple projects involving Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management phases of mechanical projects at industrial plants Demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to manage strategic priorities by collaborating with multiple teams, both internal and external to execute projects Broad engineering and construction knowledge in all disciplines Ability to manage projects independently Experience delivering projects in an operating plant or brownfield environment Experience in case management, risk analysis and integration of safety in design, construction and future use of projects What’s in it for you: A competitive base salary + an annual incentive 11 paid holidays each year 401k with a company match and annual company contributions Paid sick leave Paid vacation (commensurate with work experience) A robust benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance The Mosaic Company The Mosaic Company (
