About the Role We’re hiring a Project Engineer to support our growing civil construction team. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and procurement Coordinate with field teams and assist with resolving construction challenges Track materials, inspections, and quality control processes Maintain accurate project documentation (drawings, specs, logs) Attend jobsite meetings and assist in team communicationsHelp monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of relevant experience (fieldwork or internships welcome) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software A self-starter attitude with a desire to grow within the industry Bi-lingual; English and Spanish Preferred What We Offer Competitive salary + overtime eligibility Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities A team-first culture where your effort is recognized
