We arecurrently seeking a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to joinour fast-paced Engineering team. This position is an excellentopportunity for a highly motivated individual who is looking totake their career to the next level. The successful candidate willbe responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projectsfrom conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed ina timely and cost-effective manner. This role requires a high levelof expertise in roadway design, transportation engineering, projectmanagement, and the use of design software such as MicroStation andAutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of constructionproject management, from planning to implementation. 2. Developcomprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements withcompany goals and coordinate various technical personnel during allproject phases. 3. Review contracts and negotiate revisions,changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients,suppliers, and subcontractors. 4. Manage and oversee the work ofjunior staff, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximumperformance. 5. Ensure adherence to all health and safetystandards, and report issues. 6. Conduct site checks to monitorprogress and quality standards. 7. Develop and manage budget andfinancial plans for projects. 8. Coordinate and direct constructionworkers and subcontractors. 9. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of properconstruction techniques.

Qualifications:

1. BS in Civil Engineeringor related field is required. 2. 3 years of experience in projectmanagement roles within the construction industry, preferably witha focus on roadway design and transportation engineering. 3.Professional Engineer (PE) license or Civil EIT certification ishighly desirable. 4. Proven experience with design software,including MicroStation and AutoCAD. 5. Strong knowledge ofconstruction materials, processes, and equipment. 6. Exceptionalleadership and project management skills, with the ability tomotivate and manage teams. 7. Excellent organizational andtime-management skills. 8. Ability to analyze problems andstrategize for better solutions. 9. Strong understanding ofindustry-specific rules and regulations. 10. Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
