Structural Designer / Drafter (Hybrid)

Overview:
We seek a Structural Designer or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with strong Revit and structural drafting experience to join our team. This is a hybrid remote role for a local candidate who can commute to our Saint Petersburg, FL office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support structural engineering projects by preparing detailed drawings, models, and design documentation using Revit. Collaborate with structural engineers to translate conceptual designs into detailed structural plans. Ensure all drawings and models are accurate, meet project specifications, and comply with relevant codes and standards. Assist with the coordination between architectural and engineering teams. Perform design revisions and updates based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of structural drafting/design experience in the A/E industry. Proficiency in Revit is required (minimum 2 years; 5+ years preferred for top of salary range). Experience with structural systems in commercial or multifamily buildings is preferred. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field. EIT preferred but not required. Must be local to Saint Petersburg, FL — position offers hybrid remote flexibility .
