What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading PEMB erection crews day-to-day out on the job site. Reading and following PEMB erection plans and blueprints to keep the job moving smoothly. Working closely with project managers, crane operators, and other site leaders to keep everything on track. Building a strong safety-first environment and making sure everyone follows OSHA and company safety guidelines. Running daily safety meetings and making sure your team has the right PPE and equipment. Keeping up with job site materials and project progress—making sure we stay on schedule. Solving problems quickly and keeping things professional when challenges pop up. Delivering high-quality work, on time.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of solid PEMB erection experience. At least 1 year of experience leading crews as a foreman or supervisor. Strong understanding of PEMB systems, rigging, and crane operations. Confidence reading construction drawings and PEMB blueprints. OSHA 30 Certification is a plus, or a willingness to get it. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
