Job Description

Senior Structural Engineer We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Structural Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our collaborative and forward-thinking multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow in a leadership role while delivering high-quality structural solutions across a range of commercial, institutional, federal, and industrial projects-both new builds and existing facility upgrades. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in steel, concrete, and masonry building design and thrives in managing and mentoring teams to consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and beyond client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE). Minimum of 10 years of hands-on structural design experience. Proficiency in structural design tools and software (eg, AutoCAD, Revit, RISA 3D, Ram SS, Etabs, Enercalc, Microsoft Office). Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal. Ability to effectively manage time, teams, and multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the structural design, analysis, and detailing of complex building projects. Coordinate with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver cohesive, constructible solutions. Collaborate with internal engineering and drafting teams across various offices to support project execution. Guide junior engineers and design staff, fostering growth and technical excellence. Participate in project meetings to ensure design intent is communicated and maintained. Provide construction support services and field coordination during the build phase. Support business development, office initiatives, and long-term planning with the local team. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
