About Us We are a solutions-driven property management company,managing a portfolio of commercial real estate properties (office).Job Duties Effectively respond to and resolve tenants service callsEffectively interact with and direct contracted service providersProfessionally and effectively interact with tenant Facilitypersonnel Effectively perform or direct to be performed routinebuilding maintenance and repair tasks Operate building systems,including but not limited to; access and lighting controls, fireand life safety systems After-hours on-call emergency responseCompletes maintenance and repair records as required Have strong,demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting HVAC systemsand controls Develop and maintain a courteous and service-orientedrapport with all customers (tenants, building occupants, vendors,client, co-workers) Possess clear and effective written and verbalcommunications skills Have demonstrated proficiency and experiencein utilizing current technology tools (hardware and software)Education SMA Engineering Course (Recommended) BOMA EngineeringSchool (Recommended) High School Diploma or Equivalent and aminimum of 3 years of related experience and/or trade schooltraining Qualification Three (3) to five (5) years of experience incommercial building maintenance or related industry CFC License andrefrigerant licenses preferred Strong mechanical aptitudeApprentice or Maintenance electrical license preferred Familiarwith Tridium BAS or Facility Explorer BAS Ability to passbackground screen and drug test and must be bondable Available towork occasional overtime and provide after-hours on-call emergencyresponse Able to perform the physical requirements of the position;climbing ladders, bending, stooping, lift/carry a minimum of 50pounds, raise arms overhead, perform overhead work, workeffectively at heights Skill Effective communication skillsDemonstrated customer service skills Uses personal computer and/orPDA for work order system, email, EMS, and training Basic skillswith Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word. Etc.)
