Job Description

Overview Kimley-Horn’s Alpharetta, Georgia office is seeking a Civil Engineer join their Zero Emmission Vehicle team! This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Our Zero Emmission Vehicle Team works on projects including: Site civil layour and design Renewable Energy integration Parking studies EV Charging Design Project Due Diligence and Site Constraints Jurisdictional Permitting and Agency Coordination Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of engineers and designers on a variety of projects You will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationships You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors Analysts will learn one or more software programs specific to their disciplines: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and/or GIS. Qualifications An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2025 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering Engineering Technology Why Kimley-Horn?
