Position Overview & Responsibilities for the

Senior Building Engineer:

Oversee facilities maintenance and building operations, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Supervise, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, ensuring quality work and task completion
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with building systems, coordinating with external contractors when necessary
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and inspections
Ensure all sites adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including fire safety, OSHA standards, and environmental guidelines
Required Skills for the

Senior Building Engineer:

5+ years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), blueprints, and control systems (e.g., building automation systems)
Proficiency in CMMS system i.e. Corrigo and MS Office suite
