Project Engineer
- Available in West Point, GA.
Job Duties:
- Develop technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for mechanical systems.
- Design and modify conveyor and assembly systems at client sites to meet specifications and production needs.
- Investigate equipment failures at client facilities, diagnose issues, and recommend design modifications or solutions to restore operational efficiency.
- Prepare material lists and calculate cost estimates for machinery, system upgrades, and equipment based on client requirements.
- Install, operate, and repair mechanical equipment at client sites.
- Conduct final testing, commissioning, and performance validation of mechanical systems at client facilities.
- Draft and deliver operational manuals, maintenance guidelines, and provide technical training to client personnel for installed equipment.
- Collaborate with client teams to gather project requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide ongoing engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, etc.
- As part of duties, some domestic travel is required to client sites in GA, as assigned.
