    • Responsibilities
    • + Lead and manage grading crews for various construction projects. + Oversee the movement of large quantities of dirt, topsoil, base stone, and graded solid rock. + Operate and manage heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, skid steers, rollers, and more. + Ensure compliance with
    • project specifications and DOT requirements
    • . + Track quantities, manage
    • subcontractor payments
    • , and handle
    • change orders
    • . + Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors for efficient execution. + Oversee
    • erosion control, traffic control, quality control, and utility coordination
