• PE Position Overview
  We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Structural Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to join our team on a 6 month contract basis, with potential to convert to a direct hire employee.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and analyzing various structural systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes. This role involves collaboration with architects and construction teams to deliver innovative and efficient structural solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and analyze complex structural systems for various projects using industry software.
Ensure compliance with AISC and ACI standards in all designs and evaluations.
Conduct structural integrity assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop efficient structural designs that meet project requirements and timelines.
Prepare detailed plans and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
Perform foundation design and analysis, including deep and shallow foundations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on engineering practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and modeling.
Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design principles, including AISC and ACI standards.
Experience with STAAD or similar structural analysis software.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
