Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing structural steel design and design control operations following codes such as
AISC, API 4F, API RP 2A, DNV, ABS.
knowledge of engineering principles to design or upgrade different types of light or heavy steel structures for the upstream petroleum market.
Develop 3D structural engineering models.
Perform bolted and welded steel connection design per AISC.
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in spoken and written English
Diploma in Civil Engineering from US
Minimum 2 years of steel design experience in the upstream petroleum market.
Proficient Knowledge of Bentley SACS or
SAP 2000.
Preferred Qualification
Experience with ANSYS is preferred.
Knowledge of drilling operations and drilling structures.
