Job Details As a Civil Engineer, yourkey responsibilities will be: 1. Developing design concepts andproducing contract documents based on client needs. 2. Managing andcoordinating with teams to ensure projects are completedsatisfactorily, on time, and within budget. 3. Conducting landsurveys and site development activities, ensuring compliance withlocal, state, and federal regulations. 4. Utilizing software suchas MicroStation, 2D AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, InRoads, and Roadwayfor design purposes. 5. Implementing innovative engineeringsolutions to resolve complex technical issues. 6. Preparing andpresenting detailed reports on the progress of projects. 7.Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other projectstakeholders. 8. Ensuring projects run according to schedule andbudgets. 9. Applying expert knowledge of design principles andpractices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. 10.Appraising the feasibility and advisability of recommending,scheduling, and carrying out engineering projects.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A Bachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degreewill be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of relevantexperience in civil engineering, specifically within the financeindustry. 3. A Professional Engineering license is required. 4.Proficiency in MicroStation, 2D AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, InRoads,and Roadway. 5. A solid understanding of land surveying and sitedevelopment. 6. Strong project management and leadership skills. 7.An ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.9.
