We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Bridge Hydraulics and Scour Engineer to join our bridge engineering team. The successful candidate will lead and support hydraulic analysis and scour evaluation for bridge and culvert projects, ensuring resilient andpliant infrastructure across diverse environments. This position can be out of any of our New England offices (Manchester, NH, Portsmouth, NH, Burlington, VT, Yarmouth, ME or Chelmsford, MA).

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct hydraulic studies for bridge and culvert projects, including river, stream, and floodplain crossings
Perform detailed scour analyses for new and existing bridge structures and rmend appropriate scour protection measures
Utilize hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SRH-2D) and GIS-based project mapping tools for project analysis and design
Prepare technical reports, calculations, maps, and documentation for regulatory submittals and project records
Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, including structural engineers, environmental scientists, and construction staff
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and review their work for accuracy andpliance
Requirements:
Qualifications:
BS or MS degree in civil or environmental engineering, or related field
PE Licensure
10+ years of relevant experience
Exceptional oral/ writtenmunication skills
