Job Details We are currently looking for a Remote Civil Engineer toprovide actionable intelligence for tough questions about propertyand property contents. From our testing labs to fire investigation,we are constantly creating solutions to industry challenges. Comejoin our team and be a part of the solution!

Responsibilities:

Conduct Site Studies evaluating damages to building materials orcomponents for Residential and Commercial Structures, including butnot limited to roof systems, foundations, water intrusion, claddingelements, construction defects, and complete structural systems.

Write Technical Reports that provide detailed and accurate findingsand conclusions related to a completed site investigation. Provideexcellent customer service to company internal and externalcustomers. On occasion, provide expert testimony or depositions asneeded on projects to which you have been assigned. Our company hasa dedicated Litigation Department to provide support to all projectmanagers. Proactively pursue additional training, mentoringopportunities, licenses, education, and/or certifications (costcovered by Company). Travel may be required for assigned workoutside of your home-region. Daily and overnight in-region travelis also required for facilitating investigations.

Education/Requirements:

BS Degree in Civil or StructuralEngineering or related engineering disciplines (Mechanical,Electrical, etc…) Registered as an active Professional Engineer(P.E.) in the State of Missouri. Have an active NCEES record (Or beeligible to obtain within 90 days of employment). 2-3 of experiencein failure analysis, knowledge of residential and/or commercialconstruction, building codes, design, or related experience ishighly preferred. Required to have a valid driver’s license, withan acceptable driving record. Required to have strong technicalwriting abilities with experience using Microsoft Word.
