Full-time Construction Heavy Division is looking for an Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Construction Science, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in project management, working on large road and bridge construction projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various stages of construction projects. You will assist in managing schedules, documentation, andmunication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects arepleted on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling:

Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines using software applications such as P6 and Trimble.

Coordination:

Work closely with project managers, team members, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals are met efficiently.

Project Design Meetings:

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements w necessary.

Documentation Management:

Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring all documents are current, properly filed, and stored.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Progress Monitoring:

Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects arepleted on time and within budget.

Preparation:

Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.

Compliance:

Ensurepliance withpany policies and procedures at all stages of the project.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education:

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Technology, Building Construction Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in P6, Project Site, and Trimble applications is preferred.

Construction Knowledge:

Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methods.

Communication:
