633094 Relocation Assistance Available We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Shallotte, North Carolina -a welcoming coastal community. In this role, you’ll lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil/site development, landscape design, linear infrastructure, and select water/wastewater projects. This is a high-impact position where your technical knowledge, leadership, and project management skills will directly shape local municipalities and community-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of civil and landscape design projects, from concept through construction. Prepare and review plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents. Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure regulatory compliance. Lead landscape and site planning efforts for parks, streetscapes, and community development. Supervise and mentor technical staff to deliver project objectives efficiently. Work closely with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture , or a related discipline. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in civil engineering or landscape design. PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) preferred. Experience with municipal projects is highly desirable. Proficiency in landscape design and site planning for community spaces. Valid driver’s license required. Why Consider This Role?
