Salary:

1. Design and analyze modular buildings, ensuringthey meet all required building codes, standards, and regulations.2. Utilize STAAD and other structural analysis software to performcomplex calculations and simulations. 3. Collaborate witharchitects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensureprojects are completed on time and within budget. 4. Preparedetailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, andteam members. 5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensureconstruction is carried out according to the design. 6. Providetechnical advice and solutions to complex engineering problems. 7.Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuouslearning and improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latestindustry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 2. A validProfessional Engineer (PE) license or EIT preferred. 3. Minimum of4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, familiar withbuilding permitting, and building codes 4. Proficiency instructural analysis software. 5. Strong understanding ofconstruction processes and techniques. 6. Excellent problem-solvingskills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work well in a teamand communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 8. Strongleadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and developjunior engineers.
