Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible formaintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems,and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services jobfunction. They are responsible for providing support, preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs onmechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potentialproblems, and make repairs. Assist with the installation and modification of buildingequipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and partner with available systemsto track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems areoperating efficiently. Inspect existing installations for compliance with buildingcodes and safety regulations. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.

Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concisemanner. Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks asdescribed in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures andprocesses under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, acombination of experience and education will be considered. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping,standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in theapplication of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforwardinformation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Why CBRE?
