Your Role:
Hands-On, Impactful, Contributor As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience and personalized mentorship from Professional Engineers while working on impactful infrastructure projects across the Energy, Industrial, and Government sectors-including pipelines, renewable energy facilities, water resources, and more. You will participate in conceptual design, engineering analysis, detailed calculations, and cost estimation.
What You’ll Do:
Learn from Experienced Mentors
- Work alongside Professional Engineers who will guide your technical growth and career development.
Contribute to Meaningful Projects - Support the planning and design of real-world infrastructure like utility systems, landfills, dams, and stream restoration efforts.
Develop Technical Skills - Create drawings, perform engineering calculations, and assist with specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
Support Civil Site Design - Help with grading plans, stormwater management, and permitting processes.
Collaborate with Clients and Teams - Engage directly with clients and teammates to deliver innovative, efficient project solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field
0-2 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design projects
The aspiration to take the Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam within the next 4-5 years.
You have strong prioritization skills and well-organized
You possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities
