Position Overview As a Structural Engineer , you will play a keyrole in designing and developing structural systems for a diverserange of project types and sizes. You will lead structuralanalysis, design tasks, and modeling assignments, taking projectsfrom conceptual design through construction documentation. Workingwithin a multi-disciplinary team, you will help deliver innovative,high-quality solutions that support the firm’s commitment toexcellence and client service. Key Responsibilities Provideexpertise in structural design, including code compliance,specifications, system integration, and constructability. Utilizedesign software and technology—including Revit, AutoCAD, RAM, andother emerging tools—for project presentation and production.
Collaborate with Senior Structural Engineers to ensure qualityassurance and quality control measures are consistently implementedacross all projects. Foster strong, collaborative relationshipswith internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamlessproject delivery. Mentor and support the development of lessexperienced staff, promoting technical excellence and professionalgrowth. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in CivilEngineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program or equivalent ineducation and experience required for professional licensure.
Ability to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum of 10years of structural engineering experience across a range ofbuilding types, materials, and project scales. Strong knowledge ofRevit and/or AutoCAD. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in structuralengineering or related field. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)with current license. NCEES registration and NSPE membership.
CSI-CDT certification. LEED AP BDC and/or WELL AP certification.
Experience with RISA or RAM Elements software. Experience withproject management tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, andTeams.
