Job Description
Our client is a local civil engineering and land surveying firm looking to add a Civil Engineer to their family-like team! They work projects of all sizes, and properly manage them. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Must have PE license in North Carolina
7+ years of experience in land development design is
REQUIRED
Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus!
Job Description/Duties:
Will be working with a team of Junior Engineers on land development construction drawing packages for various commercial and residential projects in and around the state and country Mentoring Junior Engineers Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Preform stormwater management calculations using HydroCAD
Prepare and complete E&S control plans as well as permit packages
Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
