We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Land Development Civil Engineer who is passionate about transforming raw land into thriving, sustainable environments. In this role, you’ll blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving to design and oversee development projects that redefine modern infrastructure. Responsibilities Manage designers and engineers to develop and evaluate site constraint analysis, including zoning, topography, environmental, and soils. Manage project schedules and budgets. Ensure project compliance with all applicable AHJ requirements. Act as Engineer-of-Record for soil erosion & sediment control and stormwater plans, details, and calculations for permit submittal to AHJ. Direct Civil Designers and Engineers to prepare and revise site/civil plans and calculations. Prepare revisions and responses to AHJ comments. Essential Skills Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience in grading plan, erosion control, Civil Engineering, and Civil Design. Minimum eight (6) years of relevant work experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university. Registered Professional Engineer (NC Preferred, Not Required). Experience with design of PV projects. Work Environment This position is based in an office environment, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
