Civil Engineer (PE) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer (PE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil engineering and proficiency in Civil 3D. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various engineering projects and work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Design and oversee construction projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes. Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to develop project plans. Use Civil 3D software to create detailed engineering designs and models. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Proficiency in Civil 3D software. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and codes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with project management software. Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations.
