Transportation Infrastructure PositionSummary:
Are you ready to lead impactful bridge and structuralprojects? This role offers the opportunity to design, analyze, andmanage the construction and maintenance of criticalinfrastructure—such as bridges, buildings, and dams—that supportscommunity growth and connectivity. The ideal candidate will bringtechnical excellence, innovation, and leadership to every phase ofproject execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead bridge designefforts, including load rating, structural analysis, and foundationdesign Prepare comprehensive design plans, technicalspecifications, reports, and cost estimates Provide technicalguidance during construction, including responding to contractorquestions and performing site visits to ensure adherence to designintent Conduct bridge and culvert inspections and produce relatedfield reports Ensure all designs comply with applicable safetystandards, codes, and regulations Maintain organized records ofproject design documents, schedules, and budget informationCoordinate effectively with clients, consultants, andpermitting/regulatory agencies Review internal design work fortechnical accuracy and ensure quality control Participate inregular project meetings and collaborate with internal teams tomeet project deadlines and budget goals Mentor and providetechnical direction to junior engineering staff Assist ProjectManager with presentations, scheduling, and execution of projectdevelopment tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in CivilEngineering (Master’s degree preferred) Professional Engineer (PE)license or the ability to obtain one 10-15 years of transportationinfrastructure experience with an emphasis on structural/bridgedesign Proficiency with MicroStation, STAAD, and bridge designsoftware preferred Familiarity with NYSDOT and/or PennDOT standardsand procedures required

Compensation:
Salary Range:
$100,000 – $130,000annually Actual compensation may vary based on experience,education, and other relevant factors. This range does not includethe value of benefits.
