Transportation Infrastructure Objective:

Lead the design and development of highway infrastructure projects,applying advanced civil engineering and project management skills.

This role plays a critical part in shaping transportation networks,ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and community impact.

You’ll contribute directly to infrastructure that enhancesconnectivity and accessibility across regions.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop preliminary and final engineering plansfor highway construction and improvement projects Design roadwayelements including alignments, grading, drainage systems, andtraffic-related features Provide technical guidance to junior teammembers and review design work for accuracy and quality Act as thetechnical liaison between clients, consultants, and regulatoryagencies Organize and lead project meetings, maintaindocumentation, and ensure thorough record-keeping Create innovativedesign solutions that meet project goals, timelines, and budgetconstraints Conduct engineering analysis and research to supportmaterial selection and specification development Evaluate projectcosts and assess alternative design approaches for efficiency andeffectiveness Prepare and deliver presentations and progressupdates to internal and external stakeholders Manage and maintaindetailed project records, including reports, design files, andbudget documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in CivilEngineering (Master’s degree preferred) Professional Engineer (PE)license required 10-15 years of experience in transportationengineering, with a focus on highway design Proficiency inMicroStation and OpenRoads Designer preferred Strong analytical,problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal Proven experience managing projectsand coordinating multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage multiplepriorities with a high level of organization and efficiency Strongattention to detail with a commitment to high-quality deliverablesCollaborative team player with a proactive mindset Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Flexibleand adaptable to shifting project needs and deadlines M1
