Assist the Structured Credit Banking team to issue new CLO transactions as well as refinance or reset exiting CLO transactions. Assist deal captains in structuring and negotiating Structured Credit warehousing and lending facilities for each transaction, working closely with external counsel and internal legal, risk and credit teams. deal captains identify potential risks within the structures andmunicate views to Portfolio Managers and the structured products team.
What You’ll Bring At least 1 years’ work experience in finance, accounting, or operations. Strong preference for past experience in CLOs, broadly syndicated senior loan market or, direct lending / private credit markets.
Strongmunication skills with the ability to summarizeplex issues with clarity and brevity, while also being able to explain the technical aspects within the Structured Credit asset class.
Aptitude for detail and a strongmitment to accuracy.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills and effective interpersonal skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and Bloomberg.
Experience with Intex a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and follow through on projects.
Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and quicklyplete tasks upon assignment.
