Position Overview:

As a Civil Engineer specializing inLand Development Design, you will play a pivotal role intransforming conceptual plans into reality. You’ll be responsiblefor the design and development of various land projects, ensuringthey meet both regulatory requirements and our high standards forquality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individualto contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

KeyResponsibilities:

Conduct site analysis and assessments forproposed land development projects. Prepare and review engineeringplans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors,architects, and environmental engineers. Ensure compliance withlocal, state, and federal regulations. Perform calculations relatedto grading, stormwater management, and utility design. Providetechnical expertise during the construction phase, addressingchallenges and ensuring project success. Participate in clientmeetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts andproject updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in CivilEngineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) licensepreferred. 5 years of experience in land development design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant designsoftware. Strong knowledge of local and state land developmentregulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Commitment todelivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.
