Salary:

$78,000•$110,000/yr.

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, flex between 7am•5pm

Responsibilities:

Design and engineer water, wastewater, civil, and other assigned projects, including drafting construction plans using AutoCAD software. Coordinate technical work for design, permitting, and contractor selection, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and codes. Perform studies, engineering investigations, and cost estimates, and certify designs with a professional seal. Manage projects assigned to external engineering consultants and provide technical assistance to engineers, surveyors, and developers. Interact with regulatory agencies such as

EPA, U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers, and state health and environmental departments during project design and permitting. Ensure familiarity with and adherence to CWS Environmental Management System policies and procedures. Availability to work during emergencies and maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree and at least four years of experience in civil design. Degree with preference for design of water and wastewater infrastructure; registration as a PE in the state of South Carolina.
