REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of civil engineering experience, Degree in engineering,EIT or ability to obtain it, pursuing PE AutoCad Civil 3Dproficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design of residential developments,master planning, entitlements, multi-family developments,commercial site design, infrastructure design including roadway,water systems, sanitary sewer systems, feasibility studies,earthwork analysis, contract administration including bidding andconstruction services, stormwater management studies, designsincluding storm sewer, detention ponds, and LID options, erosionprevention and sediment control plans and observation anddecentralized wastewater systems.
• Perform detailed engineeringcalculations, including hydrology, hydraulics, and utility designsfor water and sewer systems
• Manage projects from initial conceptto construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and clientsatisfaction
• Develop and review civil plans, specifications,contracts, SWPPP documents, and permit applications
• Coordinateclosely with clients, conduct meetings, and provide representationat government and public events
