The Role:
Lead construction and capital projects across the US for manufacturing plants
Provide mechanical engineering support and problem solving for capital and maintenance projects – focused on safety, efficiency and reliability
Oversee budgets, schedules and project delivery including construction, commissioning and handover
Conduct engineering reviews of project plans, drawings, materials, and installations
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver projects
Office-based with regular US travel (up to 50%), with a focus in the South East
The Person:
Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial etc.)
Experience in construction management or capital projects – whether it is managing projects from scratch, revamping, or updates etc.
Able to read mechanical, civil, and structural drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects independently
